Sandbag offer – Cllr Sheehan has advised five households on Manners Close and Casewick Lane which were affected by flooding before Christmas have expressed an interest in the sandbags being offered by LCC and would be prepared to store them on their own premises.
Neighbourhood watch scheme – To discuss if there is any interest in Village
Parking situation in Needham Allen Close – Clerk has had a response from Cllr Kelham Cook and this will be chased up for an update. Clerk to advise once any further information is received
Sustainable Stamford Cycle Path – Email received stating that the group are getting ready to make their proposal to Stamford town council and wishes to have written evidence of support from any individual residents or as a collective from the PC.
Footpath extension along Greatford Road – Letter written and sent to LCC highways manager.
Cllr R. Trollope Bellew kindly agreed to have this sent direct to appropriate person. Await response
30mph Speed sign - TRO request sent to LCC Highways for the possibility of the 30 mph sign to be moved further out of the village towards Stamford.

- Bank Mandate –Request of change of signatory on the account held at Melton Mowbray Building society. Clerk - K Turner to be added to account as signatory replacing L. Thurston.
L. Thurston to be removed as signatory from account.
- Grass cutting – Email received regarding the mowing of grass in the village at a cost of £60
- Uffington Playground Equipment – Quote has been sent regarding new play equipment to the UVH committee. PC possible donation to be discussed

S21/0464 - Trees in CA - Section 211 Notice. Notice for consent to carry out work on trees as within the Conservation Area. Repollard to 4m and reduce spread of Lime. No objections/comments made
S21/0482 - To retain existing Mobile Classroom at Uffington school site for a further five years
S21/0501 - Conversion of 2 x redundant grain silos to form 2 x new holiday lets including 2 parking spaces and amenity space.
Cllr Sheehan noted that the Proposal is: 'Conversion of 2 x redundant grain silos to form 2 x new holiday lets including 2 parking spaces and amenity space', whereas the Design and Access Statement refers to: 'Conversion of Redundant Grain Silos to Form New One Bedroom Holiday Let'. The plans indicate that it is to be a single property. Subject to the above contradiction being corrected, no objection to the application
