SKDC Community grant Fund has been awarded to Parish Council for new Parish Noticeboard
- Annual Governance Statement – Cllrs to review statement, agree and approve
- Accounts and Internal Audit review for financial year 2022/2023 – Cllrs to review, agree and approve
- Annual Insurance – Cllrs to review and agree annual Insurance policy
- Exercise of Public Rights - To agree inspection dates of 2021/2022 financial accounts Monday 5th June to Friday 14th July
- Accounts - to agree all expenditure and income from April 2023
- Working Groups – To agree Cllr working groups for both Play area/green space and Allotments. This includes quarterly playground inspections with reports, annual allotment meeting and annual agreement review. To agree on Parish Council representative for the Village Hall

15. Correspondence
Request for Views from Uffington Parish Council members on the Mallard Pass project to be given to Barnack Parish Council
Cllr Trollope Bellew received a request from residents on School Lane to try and alleviate parking on the road during School pick up times. Suggestion of another letter to School governors
Suggestion has been received for the Council to invest and purchase 3 bar gateway signs for the village for the main road to replace the existing unimposing metal signs., 3-bar gateway for the approach from Stamford and a 3-bar gateway on the Deepings side. To possibly apply through the SKDC Prosperity funding
Allotment tenant has raised issue of the common area not being maintained by all tenants. Request for a reminder to be sent to allotment holders
Request from resident to look at leaving more areas of grass to grow ‘wild’ for example along Manners close
Request from resident for possible accessible hand gates for footpaths in the village
