- Play area – To discuss findings from the playground working group on areas that need attention and any maintenance required. To confirm annual or quarterly inspections and Clerk to organise. To discuss the purchase of plaques for both new benches – budget, supplier and wording to be confirmed
- Mallard Pass – 2nd stage consultation – Update on responses received from residents and PC correspondence sent
- Allotments – Request to switch plots (when available) received from allotment tenant. To be agreed upon by full Council. Council to agree on responsibility of boundaries and agree for quotes to be obtained. To recognise that in order to cover cost of maintenance and water supply a rise in allotment fees may have to be considered
- Code of Conduct and Standing orders - to discuss updating both documents for Council
