- Mallard Pass Solar Farm - To discuss and to receive an update on expectations for joint working with other impacted parishes, including any required outcome resolutions. Proposals for Resolution
- 1 That Uffington Parish Council supports the commissioning of an external organisation to administer and manage the Community Disturbance Fund of £200,000, together with any future Community Benefit Funds.2
- That Uffington Parish Council nominates a named representative to attend joint parish discussions, consider proposals, and vote on the commissioning of an external organisation to manage the above funds.
- Allotment agreement - Review of Agreement
To review the current Allotment Tenancy Agreement and consider proposed amendments, including provisions relating to bonfires, open fires and temporary fire restrictions during periods of dry weather or increased fire risk, and to agree any changes considered necessary - LCC Salt – To discuss the offer of a 1-ton bag of salt to be delivered from LCC and stored in the village. All storage and distribution would be the responsibility of the village and not LCC
- Accounts – to agree all expenditure and income from May 2026
